Kindergarten and 1 st  Grade Project Title:   Mobiles    Description: Mobiles are kinetic sculptures that spin in space.  Kindergarten and 1st grade artists chose an animal to be the focal point for their mobiles.  Paint markers were used to create our animals and a repeated pattern was selected for our rims.  Students realized the importance of making their mobiles special on all sides because they are 3-dimensional and are meant to be viewed on all sides.
